Max and Katie had two children:
Beatrice L Login was born on 28 Jun 1918 in Lewistown, Fergus, Montana and died on 4 Jan 2007 in San Rafael, Marin, California at age 88.
Beatrice married Simon Rosenthal, son of David Rosenthal and Lena Hoffman. Simon was born on 3 Feb 1906 in the District of Columbia and died on 19 Dec 1989 in San Mateo, San Mateo, California at age 83. They had two children:
Laureen Rosenthal was born in 1945 in San Francisco County, California.

Edwin Solomon Login was born on 2 Jun 1923 in Modesto, Stanislaus, California and died 5 Feb 2012 in Hayward, Alameda, California.
Edwin married Helen Ruth Olinsky, daughter of Julius Olinsky and Frances Audelberg. Helen was born on 21 Nov 1927 in Mendocino, Mendocino, California. They had two children:
Steven Wayne Login was born in 1947 in San Francisco, San Francisco, California.
Janet Susan Login was born in 1950 in San Francisco, San Francisco, California. Janet married Mark Alexander Klein in 1973. Mark was born in 1947 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California. They had two children: Dana Alexander and Jonathon.
Max Login was born Motil Lagovsky on 15 Aug 1886 in the Russian town of Slutsk in the old Lithuanian province of Minsk in what was then known as the Pale of Settlement and now is called Belarus. His parents were Abraham Lagovsky born in 1858 and Libe Goodseit born in 1859. At the time of his birth he had two living sisters: Gittlja born in 1876 and Chisha born in 1881 and a brother Golulie born in 1885. A sister Chaie followed in 1891 and a sister Esther in 1893.
At age 16 Max immigrated to America aboard the ship Belgravia. He arrived in New York on February 24, 1903 and joined his father Abraham who had immigrated in late 1899 or early 1900. His brother Charles joined them in 1904 and his mother Libe and sisters came later: Libe and Esther in 1905; Sarah in 1906; Anna and her son Harry in 1907 (they joined Anna's husband Samuel Lewow who had immigrated in 1904); Gertrude (Gussie) and her children Dora, Sadie, Herman and Rose in 1913 (they joined Gertrude's husband, Louis and son Max who had immigrated in 1904). This staggered pattern of immigration was not unusual for Jewish families immigrating from the Pale during this time period. Money for passage was scarce and husbands and older sons usually went first to raise money for the rest of the family to immigrate.
In another move common to many immigrants during this period, especially those from eastern Europe. the four younger Lagovsky siblings changed their names: Motil Lagovsky became Max Login, Golulie Lagovsky became Charles Login, Chaie Lagovsky became Sarah Login and Esther Lagovsky became Esther Login. They wanted their names to sound more American so they changed it to one they thought sounded Irish. However they didn't know how to Logan correctly so they spelled it Login instead!
Max remained in New York with his family working at various jobs to help support the family. In 1910 he was working as a cloak operator. In the next year or two he moved west. In 1913 Max was naturalized in Laramie, Wyoming. At some point Max and his brother Charles started working trading hides and furs. In 1916 Max and Charles and sister Esther's husband Joseph Libin, incorporated their hide and fur trade into the Lewistown Hide and Fur Company.
Max married Katie Silverman around 1917 in Billings, Montana. Katie was born was born on 10 Dec 1890 in Russia. The names of her parents are unknown at this time. There seems to be no record of them in America and they may have died before their children immigrated. Katie's brother, Harry Silverman born in 1886, appears to have immigrated first in 1904. He was joined in 1909 by his sisters Katie born in 1890 and Yetta born in 1892. A brother Israel born in 1895 joined them at some point but it is not known what year he immigrated. Soon after immigration the Silverman siblings ended up in Billings, Montana. Katie and Yetta were both married there in 1917. Yetta married Abraham Geller. Harry ended up working in the fur trade with Max and Charles. Israel was killed in World War I.
While living in Lewistown, Max and Katie had a daughter Beatrice in 1918.
Charles and his brother Max traveled around dealing in hide and furs. At one time they even traveled to China. Around 1920 Max and Charles had a falling out. They had decided to invest their savings in a plan to buy fur in Nome, Alaska and bring it back to Montana to sell it at a profit. Charles was given the money and the task of buying the furs. While in Nome, something happened and the money was lost. Both brothers ended up broke. Max blamed Charles and the brothers did not talk for several years after that although they eventually reconciled.
Max and Katie and their daughter Beatrice left Lewistown soon after the Nome debacle. They moved to Modesto, California and Max began working as a cattle buyer with his brother Charles. They had a son, Edwin, in 1923. In 1930 the family moved to Merced, California and owned a junk yard. The great depression hit Max hard and in 1932 he lost everything. After that he moved his family to Merced, California and went into the used furniture business. One and a half years later the family moved to Eureka, California where they settled.
Max died in 1960. Katie, who had battled schizophrenia most of her adult life, died in 1972. After Katie's death Beatrice and Ed had a falling out over Beatrice's handling of Katie's estate. They did not speak again. Beatrice died in 2007.
