Genevieve married Perry Lyle Owens, son of Samuel Owens and Mabel Dean,. Perry was born on 7 Jun 1913 in Bureau County, Illinois, died on 19 Feb 1940 in the TB Sanitarium in Ottawa, La Salle, Illinois at age 26, and was buried in Hooppole Cemetery. They had one daughter: Virginia.

3-Virginia Lea Owens was born on 10 Nov 1939 in Hooppole, Henry, Illinois, died on 13 Jul 1999 in Annawan, Henry, Illinois at age 59  and was buried in Hooppole Cemetery.. 

Virginia married Don Denning on 29 May 1957. They had three children: Donna Lee, Aljean Genevieve, and Layne.

Virginia next married Ted Curtis on 10 Apr 1966. They had one daughter: Victoria.

Genevieve next married Wayne Simpson, son of Gus Simpson and Eliza Smoot, on 29 Apr 1943 in Syracuse, Onondaga, New York. Wayne was born on 27 Oct 1921 in Akron, Summit, Ohio and died in an accident while he working as a firefighter in Sept 1976.

Genevieve last  married a widower, Ernest Stockton, son of John Stockton and Nancy Rhoades, on 30 July 1980 in Annawan, Henry, Illinois. Ernest was born on 9 Oct 1914 in Maries County, Missouri and died on 8 Feb 2000 in Geneseo, Henry, Illinois.

2-Melvin Houch was born on 23 Aug 1921 in Hooppole, Henry, Illinois and died on 30 May 1992 in Kenosha County, Wisconsin at age 70. 

Melvin married Marjorie Ruth Clark, daughter of Frank Clark and Leota Clark. Marjorie was born on 3 Sep 1921 in Kenosha County, Wisconsin.

2-Barbara Jean Houch was born on 14 Jun 1931 in Hooppole, Henry, Illinois and died on 8 May 2006 in Prophetstown, Whiteside, Illinois at age 74.

Alma Ethel Wolf was born in Hooppole, Illinois, daughter of Jacob and Jennie Fisher Wolf on September 9, 1890.  She was married to Michael Henry Houch on February 26, 1913 in Hooppole.  Michael was born August 29, 1887 to Philip and Rosa Kurfiss Houch in Illinois.  He died August 5, 1977 in Hooppole.  Alma and Mike farmed and then owned and operated the Sinclair Oil Station in Hooppole.  Alma died June 18, 1968 in Hooppole.  They were the parents of Lowell, Genevieve, Melvin, and Barbara Jean.  Alma died June 18, 1968 at her home in Hooppole.  Alma and Michael are buried in Hooppole Cemetery. A very pretty home wedding occurred at the home of Mr. Jacob Wolf on Wednesday, Feb 26, at 6 pm when his daughter Alma E and Mr. Michael Houch were united in marriage, Rev RF Brothers performing the ceremony.  The bride wore a very pretty white voile gown trimmed with baby Irish lace and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations.  The decorations were also in pink and white.  The attendants were Mr. Fred Wolf, brother of the bride, and Miss Flora Sommers.  A fine wedding dinner was served after the ceremony.  Mr. and Mrs. Houch will live on the farm belonging to Mr. Philip Houch, father of the groom and will be at home to their many friends after April 1st.
