1-Frederick William Wolf, son of Jacob Wolf and Jennie Joanna Fisher, was born on 14 Apr 1893 in Henry County, Illinois, died on 28 Feb 1966 in Hooppole, Henry, Illinois at age 72 and was buried in Hooppole Cemetery. 

Frederick married Winifred Greenwood, daughter of Henry Tennyson Greenwood and Nevada Montana Fox, on 23 Feb 1916 in Davenport, Scott, Iowa . Winifred was born on 1 May 1900 in Henry County, Illinois, died on 31 Aug 1984 in Hooppole, Henry, Illinois at age 84 and was buried in Hooppole Cemetery. They had two children: Ceola W and Milo F.

2-Ceola W Wolf was born on 23 Nov 1916 in Yorktown, Henry, Illinois, died on 31 Aug 1986 in Geneseo, Henry, Illinois at age 69 and was buried next to her husband Earl in Hooppole Cemetery. His grave has a marker. Hers does not.

Ceola married Earl Carl Firch, son of John August Firch and Therese Auguste Klemmer, on 12 Feb 1938 in Geneseo, Henry, Illinois. Earl was born on 25 Feb 1910 in Osco, Henry, Illinois, died on 5 Mar 1986 in Geneseo, Henry, Illinois at age 76 and was buried in Hooppole Cemetery. They had four children: Lola Mae, Terry M, Mary Ann, and Lonny.

3-Lola Mae Firch was born in 1939 . 

3-Terry M Firch was born in 1941. 

3-Mary Ann Firch was born on 9 Jul 1943 in Geneseo, Henry, Illinois and died on 12 Feb 2007 in Kewanee, Henry, Illinois at age 63. 

3-Lonny Firch was born in 1946. 

2-Milo F Wolf was born on 14 Sep 1918 in Henry County, Illinois, died on 10 Sep 1993 in Geneseo, Henry, Illinois at age 74 and was buried in Hooppole Cemetery. 

Milo married Helen Linaweaver Gold in 1945. According to the Moline Dispatch, Milo and Helen were issued a marriage license on 5 May 1945. They separated on 1 Aug 1946 and Milo was granted a divorce from Helen Linaweaver Wolf on 18 Feb 1948 in Cambridge, Henry, Illinois. The grounds were desertion and she was granted custody of their minor child. Nothing further has been found for Helen or the child.

Milo next married Elsie Eileen Olsen, daughter of Peter William Olsen and Minnie Angeline Moses, on 7 Jan 1961 in Henry County, Illinois. Elsie was born on 5 Oct 1919 in Joy, Mercer, Illinois, died on 25 May 2009 in Geneseo, Henry, Illinois at age 89, and was buried in Oakwood Cemetery.

Fred Wolf was born in Yorktown Township, Henry County on April 14, 1893 to Jacob and Jennie Fisher Wolf.  On February 23, 1916 he married Winifred Greenwood in Davenport, Iowa.  Winifred (Winnie) was born May 1, 1900 to Tennie and Nevada Fox Greenwood in Henry County, Illinois.  She died August 31, 1984 in Sterling, Illinois.  Fred and Winifred farmed in the Hooppole area after their marriage.  They were parents of a daughter, Ceola Wolf Firch, and a son, Milo Wolf.  Fred died February 28, 1966 in Kewanee, Illinois.  Both Fred and Winifred are buried at Hooppole cemetery.  Sources:  The Geneseo Republic, published in Geneseo, Illinois:   page 16, Friday October 6, 1916; Page 8, March 3, 1966; Page 8, September 7, 1984.

Frederick Wolf
The Geneseo Republic 3 March 1966: HOOPPOLE MAN DIES Fred Wolf, 72, of Hooppole died Monday morning, February 28, in Kewanee Public hospital. He was born April 14, 1894 in Hooppole, the son of Jacob and Jennie Wolf.  On February 23, 1916, he married Winifred Greenwood in Davenport.  The couple has lived and farmed in the Hooppole community since their marriage.  Surviving are his wife, daughter, Mrs. Earle Firch of Geneseo, a son, Milo of Geneseo; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Albin of Prophetstown and two sisters, Mrs. Michael Houch and Mrs. Joe Polson, both of Hooppole.  Funeral services were Wednesday afternoon, March 2, in the Hooppole Calvary EC church.  Burial was in the Hooppole Cemetery.
Winifred Wolf
The Geneseo Republic 7 September 1984 Winifred Wolf, 84, of Hooppole, died Friday, August 31 at Community General hospital in Sterling.  Funeral services were held Sunday, September 2 at Gardner chapel, Prophetstown.  The Rev. Dirk Pogue of Calvary Evangelical Covenant church of Hooppole officiated and burial was in Hooppole cemetery.  The family has established a memorial.  The former Winifred Greenwood was born May 1, 1900, in Henry county, the daughter of Tennie and Nevada Fox Greenwood.  She was educated in Hooppole and on February 23, 1916, married Fred wolf in Davenport, Iowa.  He died in 1966.  She lived in the Hooppole area all her life and was a member of the Eshelman Talley Legion Auxiliary.  Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Earl Firch of Geneseo; one son, Milo of Hooppole, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

The Geneseo Republic October 6 1916 Fred Blackert has purchased the Berge farm north of the Irving farm which Edward Fehlman bought some time ago just south of Yorktown corners.  The Fred Waite family will move down from Luverne onto Mr. Fehlman’s place and the Blackert family will go onto that purchased by him and Fred Wolf and wife onto his father’s place now occupied by Fred Blackert.
